Macpherson Simon has more than 10 years of experience in corporate restructuring and reorganization at Ernst & Young Malaysia and at his current role at ADAMPRIMUS. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universiti Putra Malaysia. He is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants and the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia.

Mac's experience in restructuring, insolvency and advisory work covers multiple industries including property, development, manufacturing, textile, independent power producer, oil and gas, insurance, timber, and tourism. Apart from managing the process of company liquidation or receivership, he also supervises the business operations of these companies to ensure that the recovery or restructuring plan is on track, thereby providing maximum recovery to stakeholders.

He also handles employee rationalization; deals with debtors and/or creditors for settlement agreements; liaises with statutory and regulatory authorities to ensure all statutory requirements are met; and regularly updates stakeholders on the process of the engagement.
