Iswari has over 9 years of experience in corporate recovery, insolvency and project management across various industries and regions at Ernst & Young Malaysia and in her current role at ADAMPRIMUS. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University Putra Malaysia and is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association of Malaysia (IPAM).

She has extensive experience in the area of insolvency and corporate advisory services specializing in receivership, liquidation, working capital management, legal entities rasionalisation and project management. She has served a wide range of clients including public listed companies, financial institutions and government agencies.

Apart from assisting in the receivership and liquidation administration, Iswari is adept at forecasting and managing business cashflow requirements, facilitating negotiations for takeover strategies, and monitoring and reviewing financial and operational performance of companies.
