Founder & Managing Partner
Dato' Adam Primus Varghese bin Abdullah
Dato’ Adam Primus Varghese bin Abdullah wields more than 30 years of experience with professional accounting firms in the United Kingdom and Malaysia. He started his accountancy career with Auerbach Hope, London in 1979. In 1981, he joined the international accounting firm of Arthur Young Malaysia which later merged with Ernst & Whinney to form Ernst & Young. He was a partner at Ernst & Young Malaysia from 1996 to 2012. He is the founder and current Managing Partner of ADAMPRIMUS, a firm of Chartered Accountants specializing in restructuring and reorganization services. In 2022, he established another new Firm ADAMPRIMUS & Co. together with Mr. Macpherson Simon.

Executive Director
Dato' Nabhesh Khanna
Dato’ Nabhesh has a thirty years manufacturing industry background including the last fifteen years in restructuring of companies. He has held senior positions such as Chief executive officer (CEO) of a public listed company and Chief operating officer (COO) of a billion dollar company. He was the COO of Malaysian Solar Resources Sdn. Bhd. (MSR), a company that is based in Pahang Malaysia and is pioneering solar technology.
His present engagement since January 2013, with ADAMPRIMUS, as the Executive Director of the firm, dealing and providing advisory services and rehabilitation to companies that are experiencing critical business situation.

Liquidator
Macpherson Simon
Macpherson Simon has more than 10 years of experience in corporate restructuring and reorganization and advisory at Ernst & Young Malaysia and in his current role as Liquidator in ADAMPRIMUS & Co.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universiti Putra Malaysia in year 2005. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”), member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("MICPA") and a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia (“IPAM”).

Director
Azahar Hollis Bin Abdullah
Azahar Hollis is a financial service professional with more than 30 years of experience in Banking Operation, Credit Initiation and Evaluation as well as Corporate Recovery and Restructuring, Corporate Rescue and Reorganization having held the position of Senior Vice President with RHB Banking Group Berhad from 2003 to 2013. He currently helms the role of Executive Director at ADAMPRIMUS & Co.
During his term as Senior Vice President at RHB Banking Group Berhad, Azahar Hollis managed the RHB Group Credit Recovery and Restructuring of Impaired Assets/Credit with value of not less than RM6 billion covering Consumer and Small Industry & Enterprise, large Corporates (both local and overseas), covering a wide spectrum of business and industries.

Associate Director
Iswari Manokharan
Iswari has over 10 years of experience in corporate recovery, insolvency and project management across various industries and regions at Ernst & Young, Malaysia and in her current role as Associate Director for ADAMPRIMUS.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University Putra Malaysia and is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association of Malaysia (“IPAM”). She is currently enrolled in the Foundation Certificate in International Insolvency Law offered by INSOL International.
Iswari has extensive experience in the area of insolvency and corporate advisory services specializing in receivership, liquidation, working capital management, legal entities rasionalisation and project management. She has served a wide range of clients including public listed companies, financial institutions and government agencies.

Human Resource & Administration
Jo Gan Pee
Jo Gan has more than 10 years of experience in insolvency and corporate restructuring and reorganization specializing in human resources and administration. She currently holds the position of Associate Director at ADAMPRIMUS & Co.
Jo Gan handles all aspects of human resource and administration management which involves recruitment, processing payroll, statutory compliance, overseeing office management function, and maintaining and developing new policies, approaches and procedures. She utilises her experience to provide guidance on handling human resource and administration for companies in receivership and liquidation.

Consultant
Natasha Sophiya
Natasha Sophiya has more than 5 years of experience in insolvency and corporate restructuring and reorganization. She currently holds the position of Associate Director at ADAMPRIMUS & Co.
Natasha's experience in corporate restructuring and reorganization covers a broad range of industries such as rail system manufacturing, food manufacturing, property development, and specialized industrial park operator. She is fully involved in the conduct of all assignments from inception to conclusion and is familiar with the management of companies in receivership and liquidation including but not limited to taking control of assets and properties, statutory compliance, preparation of tender documents, payroll preparation, financial management, treasury functions and internal control of accounts.
